Introduction to Homeschooling and Unschooling

This two-hour presentation provides parents and guardians with information on how to comply easily and fairly with the state law and how to create the educational path that is right for their family.  The discussion includes numerous examples of resources and alternatives to conventional curricula.   For more information, and to register, please contact Barbara at (610) 459-3366.

College Night for Homeschoolers

A two hour panel discussion about applying to college as a homeschooler. Hear from young people, parents and admissions officials from Temple Univeristy and Arcadia University. We plan on answering any and all questions you might have about the process.

Date Night: A Fundraiser for the SYL Trip to Pittsburgh

A semi-formal evening for you and your better half to listen and dance to smooth jazz, while enjoying complimentary desserts and participating in a silent auction. Proceeds from the auction will help fund the Thursday Shaping Your Life Group’s trip to Pittsburgh. Childcar...e will be provided, for FREE!, by the Shaping Your Life teens in the Open Program space. Feel free to invite other couples or individuals for a night of fun, friends, and romance. To reserve your spot, please RSVP to Barb in the office BY MAY 1st (and please make sure to let her know if you plan on having your young person be in childcare.)
